Just a little bit of mill time, I'm sure you've got access to one right?

Re: Project "Six Shooter" Build Thread

Six Shooter Update:

Been making some tuning changes lately....

ENGINE TUNE CHANGES:
Pulled timing thru out the whole WOT table, no longer runs 45+ deg of advance. PCM still blends smoothed out part throttle mapping with wot mapping based on throttle position. Made marginal WOT and power enrichment (Fuel Tables) changes. Pulled less then 1 point of fuel in lower RPMS and added fuel by less the 1 point from 4k up. same changes made in power enrichment table.
No other changes made from last Tune.

TRANS TUNE CHANGES
Reduced shift speed by 400ms. Revised torque management on downshifts. Readjusted torque adaptives by 35% on downshifts. TCM still blends normal and sport shift (Auto Stick) schedules based on throttle position. No other changes made in TCM.

More refinements coming as i run it. part throttle shifts still feel near factory smooth, feels like a shift kit on wot, gear changes are noticeably quicker and "firmer".

New exhaust components should be in by end of day friday. Bumper put on temporary hold till i get new tools. i broke a trim tool trying to remove the 4 large white clips holding it to the metal body. next group of exhaust components will be ordered after the beginning of the month. Carven TR's enroute, carven R's soon to be ordered to act as a resonator. as you may know, the current set of glass packs are broken...

yes and no...

based on my position at roush i cannot run the mill. i could however put in a project request and have one of the fabricators do it to my specs...but there is a catch

i or anyone for that matter, working on a personal project cannot be paid while doing it. meaning if i normally work 10hrs and my project lets say takes 2hrs, i can only be paid for 8hrs. so i would have to pay someone to do some work for me.
