Hit the gym. I'm in the same boat as you bro. I'm 5'11 150 and i eat like i'm 300 pounds. Still can't gain weight. But ive been in the gym for about 5 months straight and put a few pounds of muscle on.

When I *did* do protein, it was mostly TVP (textured vegetable protein) and some kinda soy powder stuff.
