Prop shaft removal?

Couldn't find much info in search.

2005 WK limited 4X4 QD II 78,000 miles

I'm trying to locate a driveline vib issue. I'm thinking about removing prop shafts individually and road test. Will the ESP or full time 4X4 go bonkers? Should I disengage ESP? I read removing and driving without the front shaft is OK, what about driving without the rear shaft? I hope its not an axle issue.
Looks like our prop shafts are not rebuilable. Dealer wants $1300 for new shafts.
