I definitely understand this mod isn't for everybody due to the high cost. However, I can't think of anything more "useful" than being able to see out of my front windshield at night. Going from 3400 lumens of light to 13,000 lumens of light = win.

As for the other mods you mentioned...
-My tires are brand new and will last for another 100,000+ miles (thank you Michelin).
-I'm waiting to hear back from dmsfun on the Koni suspension.
-CAI is useless and a waste of money.
-I'd love to get a quieter exhaust system... the problem I've been having is that one doesn't seem to exist for this vehicle. I've asked around several places and all of the after market exhausts are designed to make more horsepower which equates to more noise. If you know of anything I could check out that'd make my engine quieter, please lemme know.
-As for the TB, I have no idea what mods I can do there. Maybe I'll look into it when I get some time.
Please explain that theory, I'd love to hear it please.

I had my jeep dynoed before, and after my intake install. I gained 7.3 hp, thats with that mod only.

Now, Ive heard rumors of your CPU learnings the CAI and resetting itself, now in summer time, I;m going to dyno the Jeep again, just to see if the results have gone back to stock.

But I would love to actually hear if you have evidence as to why a CAI in useless.

Because if it was so useless, why would over 1000 members on this site be running one?

Or don't tint your front windshield (and save 1000$ on the headlights) so much that at night you run over an old lady crossing the street. Cops will love your excuses too I am sure. They are certainly cool looking, but not 1000$ cool looking.

I'll definitely be interested in your next dyno results. Make sure you don't unplug your battery or anything like that 7+ days before you bring it in for the dyno. That way nothing can reset to factory.

I have no evidence. What Marlin said was all I needed to hear. Your next dyno test could definitely persuade me to install a CIA if the results show hp gains.

As for your last question (assuming the CIA doesn't provide gains):

Wow, that looks like the same shroud that was used on mine. If you go to the link I provided above, I'm sure the guy who did mine could set them up for you the way those in that link are setup. He was a very nice person to deal with.

Window tint is the best mod ever. Nobody realizes it until they tint their front windshield though
