Rear window plastic moulding.

My son got out of back seat and somehow snagged this piece breaking it in half. Anyone have any idea what this piece is called and where I can go to get a replacement ?/not even sure how it attaches ? Looks to be push type pins or I did see what looked like adheasive.uploadfromtaptalk1458643935581.jpg

Re: Rear window plastic moulding.

Depending on where you live, it may be easiest to call around a couple of auto recyclers and have them remove the piece from one on their lot.

Re: Rear window plastic moulding.

Looking at the parts catalogue, I don't see that piece as having a separate part number, which often means you can't order it alone.

I'd keep trying the scrapyards. Perhaps one of the self-pick places would be more willing to let you remove it...

You could always post a "wanted" ad in the forum, and see if any members have a spare door hanging around and would be willing to remove that trim piece

Thanks for the advice. Seems to be what I'll have to do.
