REC '07 upgrade ISO for 033AI?

I downloaded a torrent for the 033AI version of the REC GPS software (ISO) and burned it to a DVD+R DL and it burned fine but the nav gave an error on the disk.

Is this a DVD+R/ -R issue or a bad iso I downloaded?

What brand dual layer disc? Verbatim seems to work best. Also, you are closing the disc session, right?

Re: REC '07 upgrade ISO for 033AI?

memorex was the only DVD+R DL that staples had. the brand shouldnt matter, the dvd+r format is an industry standard theyre all identical.

It shouldn't matter but for some reason it does for our navs. Try this iso burner. http://infrarecorder.org

Use the Sony dual DVD, and you should get Nero software, it works best.

Re: REC '07 upgrade ISO for 033AI?

It's a pain in the arse... made about 10 coasters before it worked. There are specific settings that need to be checked and it's very confusing. Use Nero Burning ROM (not Nero Express). Select the ISO 9660 and the Filename Length of "Max. of 31 characters (Level 2)."

Brand of disc seems to matter to some...
