Royal purple

Hey guys, Been thinking about changing all my fluids over to ROYAL PURPLE. I have a 06 4.7, So on my oil do i use the 5/20 (or) the 5/30? the trans i use the MAX-ATF right? & on the gear oil do i use the 75/140 & do i need to add anything to that for the limited-slip? Has anybody used the ROYAL PURPLE oil filters & are they any good? the # for the oil filter is #20-253 right? & what do i use on my transfer-case the same as the trans.? Thanks for any info.

Re: Royal purple

On my 09 4.7 QD2 I used RP 5w-20 not sure if its the same for pre-08 4.7's. Its 75w-140 for the axles if you have QD2 add the additive if its QT2 dont need it. WKjeeps recommends only mopar ATF+4 for the trans. I'm not sure if RP has limited slip additive in it I am useing mopar fluid. Its only mopar fluid for the transfer case also. Hope this helps
