If you put the 6.1 valve springs and pushrods, you'll be good to ~6200 RPM shift points, with the rev limiter set at ~6500 RPM. This is assuming you have headers and a good 3 in. exhaust. If not, it'll probably start "laboring" before that. Your power will start falling off at around 5800 RPM. I used to run shift points at 6200, but recently lowered them to 6000. Really haven't noticed too much difference. I did leave the rev. limiter at 6500 though. With your bigger tires, overall, it'll be a little slower than with stock size tires too. Also, if you do any off roading, you'll lose some low end unless you advanced the cam. Probably won't be as good as stock on the bottom, but on the mid/top it'll be a beast.
What kind of valve lifter noise do you have now, compared to stock? Bet it's a bit louder than the "Hemi Tick". Did you put a 6.1 chain tensioner in at the same time? Did you install straight up or advance it a little?
