seat replacement

I have the crappy grey seats that are water stained and there is actually a blood spot on the back seat from an stupid girl. I was wondering how hard it is to buy new skins and leave the foam. I actually wanna do a white leather. Anyone done this???

Also, will the srt seat skins fit?

Re: seat replacement

katskinz makes some nice covers...and you could add some bolster to your corrent seats...or just buy some SRT seats. There are some 08-10 black SRT seats at cleveland pick a part for like $12-1300

Re: seat replacement

Don't you think the skins will be better? I saw some leather ones on ebay for 600 and that's worth it to me. Money doesn't come easy these days so I wanted the cheapest/best quality. My dad got the seats redone on his sig boat for like 400 but they said no cars.

Re: seat replacement

i bought just the factory leather skins used for $500. Haven't put them on yet.

note that "cheapest" and "best quality" are polar opposites.

auto upholstry shop can do it for you. doing it yourself is going to be a massive pain in the ass if you have never done it before.

Well really anything shitty looking is out the door. Katzkin look awesome scott, but I think they wanted 800 for just my front two.

On my dads boat it was as easy as turn inside out, slide on, pull the string to tighten it up, tie it off and burn the ends.
It was in the winter so my dad wouldn't let the shop keep his boat for that long.
