Re: side/window molding help

bishop,

i was looking to get the chrome door moldings soon because i have the black...maybe we could do a possible swap this way it doesn't cost either of us any money...not sure how easy it is to take them off and put them back on but i would be willing to do it as long as yours are in good shape...but will your 06' moldings fit my 09' laredo?

Re: side/window molding help

thye are easy to take off......just remove the door mirrors and then roll down the windows and pull up and out....you may have to jiggle them a little. They are just held on by tension clips built into the moldings.

you need to compare yourr door mirror bases. Some mirror bases go completely down and cover the area where the molding would be and others stop at the molding and the moldings go under the mirror base. I dont know what determines which moldings they use. I have seen SRT's with both, overlands with both and so on.
