Yes, but it will have to be modified, along with the exhaust, if it's stock. The SRT rear bumper is "deeper" than the Overland one, and the Overland hitch has to be lowered about an inch and a half. I am about to do this myself (Overland with SRT front/rear bumpers). So far I've just been to lazy to do it. Also, if you want to get anywhere near the stock load capacity, you'll have to reinforce it. The Mopar SRT-8 hitch is rated much lower than the stock Overland hitch on an Overland. One more thing, you need to know that the bumper covers will have to come off to remove the hitch bolts on the Overland, and to install the hitch onto the SRT-8.
