SRT8 rear sways

The suspension on my 2010 3.7 right now is completely stock. I am adding a set of SRT reps next month. I am not going to change the shocks and springs at this point, but was thining of upgrading to the SRT8 sway bars.

I have heard the rear sway bar kit will make the most noticeable difference. Do I need to do the front as well, or will I still see an improvement just upgrading to the SRT8 rear sways and keeping everything else stock?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: SRT8 rear sways

you will notice a difference with just the rear installed. adding the front and then the rest of the srt suspension greatly increases the way it drives/feels.

Re: SRT8 rear sways

I put the Eibach SRT lowering springs, front and rear SRT sways, and Bilstein shocks. It now handles like it's on rails. Before it was all over the place. Ride is more firm, but it's flat in the corners. Handles better than my stock suspension Hemi LX now.

Re: SRT8 rear sways

ok guys you have convinced me, I am definitely gonna do this!

are these part #s correct? I was told that I do not need the SRT8 end links, just what I have listed below.

52124303AA - rear sway bar
52124302AC - sway bar bushings
52090271AB - sway bar mounting brackets

Thanks for the help!

I am thinking of just going for it and getting the front done as well. do i need the whole kit from just4jeeps..........bar, mounts, and bushings??

Re: SRT8 rear sways

those look correct but not sure if you need it all. i think there was an 09 change and YES you do need them all. maybe that was front IDK.

best to call Just4Jeeps and they will ensure its right.

fwiw you will love this mod. and you do NOT NEED end links.

Re: SRT8 rear sways

i dont think there was a change in 09 bc nate added both sways and they were from an 08. you don't need the endlinks. i love the sways!

Re: SRT8 rear sways

Are you able to use the SRT sway bars with a OME Lift Kit?

Yes you can. There's a few that have done it already. I was considering it myself but I am satisfied with the reduced body roll simply due to the OME springs and shocks. I might look at it down the road. It's a simple and effective upgrade.
