Angry stupid,stupid me

well i left my passanger window down about 6 inches with the pouring rain here in new england,ok no big deal accept wet carpets right,wrong,my window control on passanger side doesnt work now,it works on drivers side so i was able to put it up
do you think the switch is just wet or did i do damage

wait a day or two until is has some time to dry up if any...then you will know

unless you wanna go removing the door panel and look at the cables under the armrest on door

taake the door panel apart and use something that dispels water to spray on all the connectors. I would unplug/spray/plug every connector you can.

wd40 dispels water/

Something that worked for my blackberry (I dropped it in my dogs water bowl) was putting it in uncooked white rice. It soaked up all the water. I would do the same with the window switches. If you use anything that blows you risk pushing the water further into the electronics.

You'll have to "reprogram" the switch.

Pull the window switch up and close the window completely, then pull and hold the switch for 1 second."
