Yes. I'm looking at doing the same thing to mine, and I asked my cousin (who is a car expert) if that would be alright and he said of course, but if shocks are worn out then it would be a good idea to change those out while you get the lift put in. Will end up saving time and money.
Yes you can keep them in.. like the other guy said only if they are worn out would you replace them. Dont want to keep screwing with your suspension doing a little here and there. Will cost you alot more in the end than if you just did it all at once.
I have the same question however I wanted to put the exact size tires in my 1999 larado without a lift. can that be done or do I need to put a 2 inch lift on it to allow for that size tires? or do you know? thank you
