I haven't had any problems at all, and I think it works great with either tuner. I am currently using the DS tuner because I am going racing at the end of the month and want to get it set up properly before I go. With the SC tuner and the ATT app. it is superb. You can pretty much set the trans. up anyway you want. I don't care for the 545RFE trans. very much, but these mods. makes it bearable. The NAG1 tranny in my LX is far superior, IMO.
Edit: I will say that when you first put it on, it may not work all that well. As I recall it actually worked like crap at first, until the PCM/TCM figured out something was different. Again, as I recall, it took about a week for it to come into form.
