Just wanted to let everyone know, that while we do a lot of work on the Hemi engines, we are fully capable of designing or modifying a system for the non Hemi Jeeps as well.

The 4.7 for example, should be a piece of cake, as it would only take some minor modification to the current 5.7 Cherokee system.

So if you have been looking for a system, and can't find one, give us a call, we would be happy to discuss your project with you.

how much

hey tim, on the 4.7 I know tunimg would be necessary. currently there is no real tuning options except writing to the PCM directly or like a SuperChips which I dont think we can load custom with.

is there some viable option. I ask as i live at 5300 ft above sea level i may need some thing diff than a person at sea level.

What do you mean writing to the PCM directly, are you speaking of CMR (Diablo) or something else?

Superchips can only be used for the canned options such as tire size, tranny settings, etc.

What kind of power can be expected to be made on the 5.7?

We will find out before too much longer. Right now the calculations indicate we are around 500 crank HP on 6 psi. My 0-60 time went from right at 7 seconds to 4.76 seconds.

I am doing research on doing a remote-mount kit on a 4.7 WJ. I have 3" exhaust piping already in place. Thinking of running something along the lines of a T60-1. I run this truck on the street, strip, and even the dunes. SCT will be controlling it all.

I don't know if it'd be worth it to get the piping for your kit, but the oiling system and all that stuff would be great.

You will regret a 60-1, get a T66, T67 or T-70. A T60-1 will experience boost fall off in the upper rpms.

Have you checked into info on ECU rewrite tunes and turbo's? Whether Diablo or SCT, you will still wind up with no fuel correction in part throttle boost, and it is very difficult to make the ECU play nice with the variable boost profile on a turbo.

We can hook you up with whatever you need, the 5.7 kit should be a snap to modify for a 4.7 on a WK, not so sure on the WJ though. Our oiling system components are second to none, and we make sure your system is completely evacuated of oil on shutdown so there is no possibly of overflow from the turbo center section. Our control system keeps the pump in operation for one minute after shutdown and then auto shuts off.

Wow that sounds very impressive. I can't wait to hear final results. You can expect a call from me very soon! Sending a pm your way...

Sorry, yeah, ft times not mph times, I think you would pass put with a 0-60 mph of 2.2 seconds, at least I would !

For what, its a valid comment, I should have put the "ft" in there, no reason to be sorry in my book!

ohhhh....I went back to look and the "ft" was there.....any way....no biggie. I got excited and was gonna load the WK and my AMEX and head your way....LOL.(I wish)

Yeah, after I edited it and added the "ft", it was not there at first!
