Vibrating while turning

Can't seem to find the source of a vibration/rubbing noise while turning. Changed the front diff fluid and t-case fluid. New power steering pump and full fluid. Not the tires rubbing or anything like that.
The problem only happens while turning and moving. Doesn't make the noise if you turn the tires while stationary.
Took it to a mechanic and he said he doesn't know. Any help?

Re: Vibrating while turning

Jack up the front end, and jiggle the tires violently with your hands. Could very well be the wheel bearings.

Tried that already. Not very much movement.
If it was the bearings wouldn't it be making noise all the time, not just when turning??

No cupping on the front tire edges?

Turning will put a greater side load on the bearings, so to answer your question - not necessarily.

Re: Vibrating while turning

I know very little about the WK. I ordered a cd service manual for my WK2 today. I found one that covers your model and this seller gives you the option of a download or a cd for extra money. Jeep Grand Cherokee 2005 2010 Ultimate Factory Service Repair FSM Manual | eBay

Here's one from the seller I ordered my cd from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-2010-JE...YAAOSwstxVP8-a

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Re: Vibrating while turning

Transmission shops says it's probably something inside the transfer case but they are not sure.

Re: Vibrating while turning

Now an all wheel drive shop is saying it's the clutches for the front axle. Does this make sense to anyone that can explain it. Or possible anyone that has had issues with them?

Re: Vibrating while turning

I had the same problem.
Did you use tow/haul. Actuator axle locker for front tires is blocked.
Replacing the actuator axle locker part no. 52114003AD, vibration stop
Good luck
