Water from Passenger Piller

The past few days have been pretty rainy here in NY. As I got into my 08 WK and started driving a literal stream of water can rushing out of the passenger side pillar through what I believe to be the access square to midway up the panel. Has this happened to anyone before? What should I do to fix this? Any help is appreciated
