$350 Jeep

$250 Insurance (i have a good record, that was the cheapest i could get as a 23 yrd olf with an 05 wk)

$200 ish in misc Credit card bills (i was a stupid teenager when i got them)

$130 Cell, **** Sprint. (g/f and i swap payments on that back and forth)

and that does not include pocket money or cash i owe my parents that has racked up since ive been out of work or from the past.
Im 23 also i hope that 250 is not monthly for insurance... if its for 6 mo then you have a deal. cause mine is 500 for 6 months. but then again we live in different areas too.

I however don't have the cell bill which is nice. My parents and i just finished paying for my tuition at illinois tech. That was a nice 32k per year. I'm glad i no more money is going there.

Re: Well this is weird

My college is all paid off but, Yes its $250 a month. Its insane. But i searched every where. I am on my own plan and i have 1 minor accident from last december. Thats why its so high.

I had a lifted Cherokee with 35" tires and the spare on a swing out tire carrier. Well you cant see out the back window. 3 years with the tire carrier and spare on there and i never had an issue. it was a tight parking lot and i literally bumped a 06 honda civic at 2mph. I did $3000 in damages to it.

Sorry no pics. New trunk lid, new rear drivers 1/4 panel, new tail light, new bumper and paint. There was nothing wrong with my jeep but a tiny little scratch. The bumper hit the tail light and the tire hit the trunk lid, millimeters away from cracking the rear window with the trunk lid.

Thats why my insurance is so high. Otherwise my record is clean.

(this is a 33" spare in that pic)

A 5.5" lift and 35s puts the rear bumper at honda civic tail light range.

I know its bad for alot of people, i just dont know what gonna happen when my side work runs out and i still dont have a steady job. I gotta find something or i will be in hell of trouble.

IF ONLY WE WOULD STOP SENDING ALL OUR WORK TO ****ING CHINA!!!!

Re: Well this is weird

Yeah i mean china is not really doing all that great either. However, America is still the largest industrial production country in the world despite all the work we are giving to china.

On the other hand, once American autos get going again, consumer confidence is restored in the stock market and people are hiring again good things will be coming.

In your case, you have a fiance and well i cant remember the last time i even had a girlfriend... lol too muck work. While its the best time to get a house, its going to take a good job and income regardless. Hopefully yall will figure something out.

Re: Well this is weird

We have been looking at foreclosed homes but have stopped because of our income situation obviously.

Yea thread did a a bit OT.

I will bring it back.

I just went to the store with the $5 i managed to scrounge up.

I bought some ATF +4 and added about 1/2 to 3/4 ish of the quart to the tranny. I started it up and cycled the gears of the tranny.

Immediately i noticed it idled about 300 rpm's higher and though i have not give it a road test yet(trying to conserve gas) i will drive it tomorrow and see if it still dips down when coming to a stop or stalls.

More to come tomorrow!

Re: Well this is weird

Update. After 4 days of driving, no funny idle, no stalling. Adding 1/2 qt of atf +4 Worked like a charm!!
