I just replaced mine and I went with OE Mopar pieces. In fact I used all OE parts including sparks etc when I did my overhaul.

OE mopar o2 sensors are suggested over all... there is a recent case in the tech/help section i believe of a guy whom had an o2 sensor code, replaced all the o2 sensors and the code came back... he re-replaced all the o2 sensors with mopar pieces and resolved the code.

There are some things that will fly with aftermarket parts, o2 sensors are not one of them.

That would be me. All I can say is that the upstream Bosch ones would not work on my Hemi. I went with the same mfg. that makes the OEM's.....NTK. The rear Bosch's worked fine though. Go figure. A little reading to enlighten you on O2 sensors.
