Actually, I think i just have a few more questions...

On the switch there is a N, A, and A1

I figure "N" is for neutral? That would be the black wires correct?

I am unsure about A and A1 though, Thanks.

usually 3 terminals on the switch. mean one is ground. one is trigger to the relay. third is power for ther light on the switch.

Ugh, idk if im doing something wrong or not but im testing it out on a 9v battery with the switch and the fog light halo.

But I cannot get the switch to light up at all...I can get the switch to turn the light on and off but not the switch to light up.

im sorry. only the led might work with the 9volt, you prolly nee 12 volts.
