Is there a reflash for the tranny(TCM?) for the WK 3.7? I have a 2005 and it seems to love up shifting and going into overdrive at the worst times. I think I read somewhere that there was a reflash for the Tranny but the only thing I found was a TSB for 4.7's only? Any input would be great!

My 07' is similar. We have a lot of back roads I have to travel around here (40-50mph) and it seems to want to go into OD to early or when not needed and having to shift back down. Tranny just seems to shift a lot. I find myself slapping it down to 4th when I know I'm not doing any highway driving and it seems to make it shift up/down less.

as far as I know there is no dealer flash for problems with the 3.7's QT1 tranny. But...the 3.7 is like the SRT Jeep and has a seperate TCM from the PCM. There are many tuners who can alter the tcm for the 3.7 to anything you like.....

That problem can slove by reprograming by tool Scanner of Chrysler is called ( Starscan ). usualy I did it in my garage in Iraq.
on ther other hand . A ( TPS : throtal postion senser ) Have a strong relation with TCM: because the signal wire is concecting with ECM & TCM as a same time during pressing pedal .Therefore turn slow TPS by clockwase direction may be good for that situation. for extra inforamtion. you can check a fault by normaly scanner as OBD2 . after finding fault codes is appears with NO: P0700 or up to P0799 : it mean there are a fault electronical if not it mean mecanical fault.

I haven't noticed any particular difference in throttle response, if you are looking for quicker response, I would suggest a Fastmans throttle body or Powerwire. The good news is that the dealer told me this TSB was covered under the 100,000-mile federal emissions warranty and was done for free.
