Re: WK Headlights - Rob's version

1/4" bead of Black Adhesive Silicone all the way around and you will be fine. Just put it in the grove on the housing where the lens fits into. This is what I did to mine and it works perfectly...no issues at all!

Be warned it is messy, make sure you have a roll of paper towels handy!

Re: WK Headlights - Rob's version

ok. so a littlwe progress.

glued the rings to the painted inserts

then took care of the wires. i added plugs here to m,ake it easier to put together.

then i worked for hours with heat and a small screwdriver and removed ALL the old glue.

then ran some wires through the housing. i put ty wrap on each side so the wires cant pull thru. and a blob of silicone.

and the back

a little test with a 9v battery

i ordered some metri-pack connectors for the back of the lights. everything will have connectors for ease of disassemby. etc.
