06 Grand Cherokee Alpine PLV7, Memphis M3 and PR1000

G'day,

This is my first/first install post so any comments to what im doing right/wrong is welcome.

Over the summer I'm gonna attempt to put in a PR1000 to power an alpine plv7 that i bought years ago (the PDX amp in it blew up) or 2 12" memphis M3s. Im gonna try to do this as cheaply as possible until i have enough money to change out the factory ratio. So basically...

My Goal
Be able to keep the factory radio and stock speakers and add in a amp and be able to hot swap the subs.

What I have
2x 12" Memphis M3 in a ported box
Memphis PR1000
Alpine PLV7 (blown amp, I believe)

Whats Needed/Need to figure out
Speaker Level to RCA Converter
4 Gauge Power Wiring
Resistance of the PLV subs/system for proper wring for the amp

Whats I really want to do
Gut the back seats, replace the backing with 2 shallow mount subs

Much more updates and pictures to come

Auzzie
