I'm sure this has been covered but can you replace a 2005 REC w/ the stock premium Boston package with a 2007 REC?

Re: 2005 REC Head Unit Question

yes and it is plug and play so it will only take one minute to swap out and you will be able to add a backup camera with the lockpick.

Re: 2005 REC Head Unit Question

I want the reinforced joystick that the 2007 RECs come with, but I don't want to replace it with an aftermarket unit.

Re: 2005 REC Head Unit Question

just wondering why dont you just keep the one you have until it breaks? they are the same thing other than that. plus the newer joysticks also break.
