Best Aftermarket Head Unit

I want to upgrade my current Head Unit to something better but I can't seem to decide on one. Currently I am looking at the Pioneers.

I need to have:
Am/Fm
Wireless screen mirroring (not mirror link or app radio one)
Touchscreen

Does anyone know some other brands that are compatible with a 2013 GC Laredo?

Is this something I could do myself?

Is there a wiring harness fabricated that I could buy instead to make it a little easier to install?

Try a store that installs those units.
I would guess that if your u-connect controls anything on your Jeep other than radio then you have a lost cause on your hands.
Its not like years past where you can swap out those units.
Those units now control the vehicle itself.

You might also look at upgrading your u-connect unit to the larger one if that is your issue. Junk yards/Salvage yards are a good source. You will need new dash parts along with the u-connect. Also the dealer most likely will need to flash the replacement so it works with your vehicle.
Good luck
