Bluetooth-uconnect connection

I have a 2012 keep Cherokee. And Everytime I listen to music I connect you connect with my Bluetooth. But it has become, I wanna say fuzzy but it's not the right word I'm looking for. It sounds like what cassette tapes used to sound like if they were messed up! (If you remember those) I need help on how to fix this!

Re: Bluetooth-uconnect connection

Good morning (?)
Just a couple of questions:
1) what radio do you have?

2) What phone and iOS or Android version do you have?

3) Are you streaming audio from an APP or loaded music?

Have you tried rebooting the phone? This isn't the same as just turning it off and back on.

IPhones reboot = hold the power & home buttons till the Apple is displayed on the phone then release them. The phone will reboot.

Most Android devices reboot = hold the power button till the drop down menu is displayed, select "Restart" and they will reboot.
