With a 2.0 cu ft sealed are you kinda wasting the sub/amp combo you bought? Well, it really depends on what you're looking to get out of the sub woofer system. You could build a "fart" box that basically has a very high peak at a specific frequency - this is what those who compete in SPL competitions use (burping). They sound like absolute shit on music.
But I'm willing to bet that the larger (and low-tuned) the enclosure the flatter the response, which = the better it will sound.
If you want to build an enclosure for that 15" that will get loud as hell on one note, then shoot me the t/s parameters and I'll model it up and tell you what to build.
