Responder LE Chrysler XpressStart System
The new Clifford Responder LE Chrysler XpressStart system is the first true data remote start system for Chrysler platforms that completely integrates with the vehicles DATABUS to add remote start functions to the vehicle. No high current relays or splicing into the vehicle's factory harnesses. The system also controls door locks, factory security, sliding doors, power hatch, as well as the transponder override... all through data!

The system includes everything you need to interface and remote start many 2004 + Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep vehicles.

Featuring 2000' range with SuperCode, Clifford's groundbreaking remote control is the slimmest 2-way remote available! Key features include:
  • Priority 5-button user interface
  • Remote can confirm commands with tones and Ghostlights
  • Tone and Ghostlight visual notifications and confirmations
  • Temp Check displays internal cabin temp while remote start engaged

Does anyone know if this will work with a 2006 GCSRT8?

And then I could plug pretty much any alarm and remote start to my SRT?

If all that stuff is needed then why is clifford charging $400 for a remote starter? I would be better off getting a nice alarm for that price. Also how easy to install and program is this stuff? I have never done an alarm install, but do avionics and electrical troubleshooting and repair on aircraft.
