Disconnect to U Connect

How do I unplug the U Connect? I sold my nav radio and deleted the U Connect on my Blackberry and when in Jeep it says failed to connect to U Connect and freezes up. I master cleared phone and all.

Re: Disconnect to U Connect

theres a telematics box behind the glove box....but if you unplug it...youll lose other stuff too. HMMM....let me think on this. Did you turn bluetooth off on your phone?

Re: Disconnect to U Connect

Yep deleted it out of phone and master reset phone twice. It is like burnt into the phone. I'm swapping phone just want to disable it anyway. Its interfering with new kenwood bluetooth radio

Try looking around here, don't know your exact model but this might help.

Re: Disconnect to U Connect

Try unplugging the uconnect cable on your rear-view mirror, that might stop the messages.
