Disconnect to U Connect

How do I unplug the U Connect? I sold my nav radio and deleted the U Connect on my Blackberry and when in Jeep it says failed to connect to U Connect and freezes up. I master cleared phone and all.

theres a telematics box behind the glove box....but if you unplug it...youll lose other stuff too. HMMM....let me think on this. Did you turn bluetooth off on your phone?

Yep deleted it out of phone and master reset phone twice. It is like burnt into the phone. I'm swapping phone just want to disable it anyway. Its interfering with new kenwood bluetooth radio

Go into manage connections on your phone and just turn off the bluetooth radio...That should solve the problem....I works on my Storm so it should work for you..

I can turn off the bluetooth but than I cant use it with new radio which plays bluetooth stereo and handsfree.

Try unplugging the uconnect cable on your rear-view mirror, that might stop the messages.
