RESOLVED
I needed to remove a metal bracket above the pio headunit in order for it to fit right. It apparently was not meant for a 2 din unit.

I bet he was talking about those 2 metal tab things back there. I had to just bend them up to get everything to fit with my nav + single din setup as well.

I think I removed brackets in there.

Yup, I just checked. I saved the stock radio bezel and in the box is a metal bracket, kinda shaped like a U. I must of removed it for the nav bezel install.

I guess I should remove mine as well.. maybe that's whats causing the annoying rattle I have back in there. lol
