Hornblasters Train Horn

Ive wanted a train horn for a while, ive heard them in use by cars on the street, been scared by them and have been dying to get one, the horn on the jeep has been sounding mighty weak lately so i figured id look into them a bit mroe seriously. ive only recently been purchasing things on ebay, and im a little too liberal with the make an offer option on some item. this specific hornblaster kit retails for $550 on their site. but on ebay its a best off so i low ball them like crazy kinda half heartedly thhinking i wont win the bid, so i bid 400, no dice, but 450 and i got it. so i got the kit $100 off the website price, so looks like ill be installing this pretty soon

http://www.hornblasters.com/products...train-horn-kit

fyi if anyone is interested in these, go to hornblasters ebay store so you can get them alot cheaper than the website if you try to low ball em !

Building engineer, I'm guessing from your picture you get to play with the heavy equipment.

Nah I'm building also, but were getting a new plant and our engine room looks like a war zone so the hardhats are a requirement. Should have a shiny new ice plant up n running by June ....

Never have understood the reasoning for installing these except to piss people off.

Good luck - hope you don't get a gun pulled on you.
