Re: Installed CB/PA

"Lady at number 4 pump, please approach the store register"
"lady in the leopard dress, you have an amazing rack"

I've found it to be resourceful too. There are times where I could go knock on the door to let my friends know I arrived to pick them up....... but it's so much easier to shout in it.

I need to find a better CB to provide better power so then my 50w rms speaker is getting everything it can use. not just 4w.

Re: Installed CB/PA

You could do what I am doing. Get a police siren with PA. 100 watts.

I just scored a brand new in box Federal Signal 650001 for considerably cheap.

Re: Installed CB/PA

Yeah my speaker is only getting 4 watts too. It's also 50RMS. If you figure anything out let me know.

If I had a siren I would over use that and get in so much trouble. hahaha

Re: Installed CB/PA

Will do sir. will do.
I bought an amp from radioshack about two months back thinking it was small. But i was misguided and now I have a useless Pa amp laying around. Might sell to a place like a pool or something haha!

Re: Installed CB/PA

Yeah the biggest problem I had with the speaker is putting it under the hood. It's not mounted to anything hahaha. It is just stuck in a REALLY tight spot. It doesn't move around on turns, or at least I don't hear it so I guess it's fine.
