rigth you have the v2, and your jumper with the RER must see:

2-3 down
4-5 up

V2 does not have a usb port to update.

Sorry, i meant dip switches not jumpers. Pm me your email addy and i will send the pdf for the v2 lockpick if you cannot find it on the coastaltech website.

Ok, I pulled my bezel and saw that I already had my switches in the positions you guys mentioned........

since my switches are in the position as mentioned, Im recently updated and I dont have the lockpick that allows for updating.......what should my next step be??

...........change the lockpick to version v3...........if you are sure the lockpick are the issue.

have you meassuret the ampere....?

I havent had a chance to do much......I work too much!

Like I said earlier....I dont know how to test if its the lockpick or the mygig unit....because I have to unplug both

maybe if I take it to a stereo shop they can figure out where its coming from???
