opinions experience with alpine ida-x305s

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has fitted an alpine ida-x305s to their jeep .
i wanted to get the bluetooth kit as well and the steering wheel controls adapter. I have an iphone 4 and have heard some horror stories of new head units not being happy with the 1p4.
i live in australia and need to find a dealer over there who will ship it to me. it is about 50% cheaper to buy from the US.

thanks in advance. any help is appreciated. Briggy.

Havent put the x305 into a grand cherokee but done quite a few into other vehicles.

Overall, its a nice unit, not completly impressive, but nice unit. Overall controls are fairly straight forwards compared to some units. If you dont already have the BA sound system from jeep, look into doing the speakers and the alpine ktp-445 add on amplifier. Great little amp especially for the money.

If you're planning on using the aux input its a little akwards, i remember having issues with volume levels.
