I thought the same thing ryan but thats were they put the factory amps and it works for them so I guess it is OK.LOL

actually they do look kinda big, but definitely only 12" subs. The box was in my 96 galant and my friends 01 galant, 15" definitely wouldnta fit

Most (quality) car audio equipment is manufactured to withstand the general high heat, high vibration environment that they are usually installed in. A lot of WJ owners have their amps under the seats, no issues that I've seen.
