Powering up mygig on test bench

Hi guys, i want to test out a mygig RER unit without plugging it in my car. whats the easiest way to do this?

I think there are two power wires for the mygig. I have a post somewhere on lxf I think where I posted which ones they were. I'll go hunting for it too when I get home.

Thank you Ekaz. i read somewhere that it'll need a device to connect the mygig to the computer, and then run a program that sends the "ON" message to the mygig.

im asking these questions because the device cost about $150 and i don't want to purchase it without knowing how to use it.
