Quick question, just need to make sure I get the right thing

So I need to replace my front door speakers on my WJ back home. It has the infinity sound system. Now I remembered talking to someone here that mentioned I should get 6x9's. Is that the right move?

Two, I came across some post somewhere, not here I dont think, that I shouldn't replace those two speakers with aftermarkets. Is that true or not?

No need to spend time giving an in depth response, ya'll can just say, 1. yes/no, 2. yes/ no lol.

Stock front speakers are 6X9. You can replace them if you would like. It will sound different than the other stock speakers for sure.

I'd replace with OEM sizes, just to keep the install simple.

You'll surely spend less replacing with an aftermarket speaker than trying to find an OEM speaker. You will have to splice into the factory wiring. No big deal though.
