Radar/Jammer

I was thinking about getting a Radar Detector and a Radar Jammer. I have been doing some searches and found one that I am interested in. I would like you input on this. I know some of you have a Radar Detector in your Jeeps. Maybe this could be the Radar/Detector Thread. Pictures would be awesome if some could post them up for ideas.

I found this one. I was thinking of buying it once I get my new Jeep in January. Here's some info on it. It gets installed into the front bumper and to the rear of the bumper:http://www.bestradardetectors.net/Be...x75%20plus.htm

Re: Radar/Jammer

Best Radar Detector= V1

And a radar jammer will get you thrown in jail.

You can get laser jammers though. Look into Passports.

Buy a Valentine One and you will be happy.

If you need a jammer, buy the Blinder 25 or 45 series

The thing is that I don't want to have one on my window. In my state it's illegal but I have seen people's cars the radar detector and laser jammer built in.

Re: Radar/Jammer

Radar Jammers are illegal and only work with in 10-20 feet from the radar. A radar and get your speed at over 500 ft so you would be shit out of luck

A radar get the speed of a car that is in the general area which means that it can get the speed of multiple cars

A laser can pin point the speed of a car that the cop want to get

Re: Radar/Jammer

Here is where I hardwired mine (top left)...I have the 9500xi from passport. I love it, and you cannot see it from the road, esp at freeway speeds. that bad boy has saved my arse many a dinner table and IMHO is well worth the money. 2nd pic is where i mounted the mute button, and 3rd is the fuse i tapped into
