I jst picked up my new radio due to electrical circumstances wit my old unit. Im i really big Pioneer fan but the radio i was lookin into wasnt instock so i settled for the next option. Im the proud owner of an Alpine CDA-105 and am retiring my Pioneer DEH-P6700MP. She has been good to me but its 4yrs old and it time for change. Does anyone here have this unit and how is it. Like i said before im a Pioneer fan n ive never really liked Alpine or Kenwood. Sorry to say im not a fan at all of Sony. Anyways, what if any are the pros and cons of this unit.

Alpine has gone down hill in the last few years. Sound quality has suffered the most. Speakers and amps are still great but im not a fan of the radios anymore. Believe it or not, the newer Sony stuff blows it away. Pioneer is still great but the new Pioneer stuff i not user friendly at all. Kenwood is some of the worst crap on the market unless you get into the Excelon line. The every day run of the mill Kenwood radios usually sound worse than the factory head unit it's replacing. I do this for a living and see it every day. I take back almost as many Kenwood radios as i sell. I usually swap them for a Sony.
