Uconnect 730N RHR reset to factory defaults

After numerous problems with the 730N RHR system in my wife's 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee (showed wrong nav location & would not lock in Sirius stations), I did a "Reset to Factory Defaults" in the engineering menu as found on this forum (seek up - seek down - menu buttons at the same time). It seemed to reboot, turned off, turned on, then off. Now it will not power on at all! I disconnected the battery completely for 30 mins......no help. Pulled and reset fuse M12 (amp/radio) in the TIMP.....no help.

Any suggestions? The radio/nav/and all else is dead.

Thanks for any help,

Mike in Colorado

Re: Uconnect 730N RHR reset to factory defaults

My 2011 RHR radio just went dead - did anyone ever figure out a fix?
Pulled fuse, disconnected battery terminals for over an hour, reconnected and still no power to the radio.
