Uconnect module - $425

I have a 2011 JGC Laredo. Dealer (not where a purchased) is quoting me $425 to install the module to enable uconnect. Is this a good deal?

I asked whether it would be possible to put in a USB port as well and was told it's not possible. Is this true?

Other dealers in the area quoted $500-750 for the module Installation. $425 seems like a good deal but wanted some expert insights.

Thanks!
