The picture of the radio looks nice. However, the internal guts of these is mostly garbage. Moreover, it seems to be another cheap Chinese takeoff. For the same price, you can a much better sounding radio from one of the major bands at the price. And with Crutchfield, you are backed up with them.
Since you have a 2012, you have wide selection to choose from and more ways to improve the sound if you had a 2014+ Uconnect radio. I am not sure of your budget, but Parrot has radio coming down the road that brings major advances to the aftermarket headunit world. Besides able to work with CarPlay or Google OAA, it has an HD screen in a 720p format that will give crisp images and details. A good example is the GPS.
Best for now.
