Find another dealer.

I use anti-seize on the threads when re-installing.
If you don't know the age of the parts I would suggest replacing them with the same brand that is installed in it. Also, consider swapping plugs to new Champion copper plugs (reg 4.7), and changing the fuel filter/pressure regulator (located above the rear axle). I experienced a noticeable improvement in fuel economy when I replaced all of them on my '04 WJ.

Talking Re: 11.0 mpg ?!!

Ok Jeepsters, Took the 2000 4.7 JGCL on a nice 5 hour trip didn't do anything crazy just highway 75 to 80 mph a lot of the time. Checked mileage 19 mpg I'm happy with that, city mileage not good, highway is OK. Also the left brake light issue is fixed for now, bent the ground tab and cleaned contact point and when I did that the left turn signal has been working properly with no issues. So thanks to all who posted info on our Jeeps it has been very helpful.

Re: 11.0 mpg ?!!

Not yet, still want to get it checked out but it is running so good I'm not sure I want the dealership poking around in it.
