Bumper scraping after lift

I installed a 4" suspension lift with 17x9 rims with a 4.5 inch backspacing and 270/70/17 tires. I scraped a lot of bumper off and when I turn the wheels and get out, it does not rub. It only rubs when I am parking, reversing, or hitting a minor bump. Does anyone know what I should do? I can't see whats rubbing, so I don't know where to cut.

You may need to bribe a buddy to carefully walk with you to see what is really making the rubbing noise. It may not be the bumper, but a misplaced piece of the suspension or body.

Is it tire rub, where you might be able to use white chalk on the tire to see where it gets placed on the vehicle?

This doesn't sound like loading it with sand bags to force the suspension into compression would do much good.

Ya I'll do that. It sounds like trim but I just don't know where. I'll do that though! Thanks!
