Electric Issue. This is an interesting one.

99 Limited

When I press any of the memory seat buttons (2/1/SET) the radio changes station and reads -SEL on the screen.

I'm very good with electrical, but this one is just totally nuts lol

Any ideas?

This could be a problem with the memory switch. See attached page with memory switch resistance values.

Re: Electric Issue. This is an interesting one.

The memory switches but also the steering wheel radio control switches all send their info via the PCI data bus to the radio. To distinguish one switch from the other, each switch uses a certain resistance value. If this value has changed due to a failure, it could read the wrong switch input.
Also the memory switch assy is hardwired to the drivers door module, from there connected to the PCI data bus. So a faulty driver door module could also be the problem.
I would first try a system reset by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.
