Fuel gauge full

Hi all
I filled my truck up with fuel at the weekend and I have been travelling to work all week. The fuel gauge is just below full and hasn't moved. Don't think its that efficiency !! Any ideas? have I really got to drop he tank

Probably the float is stuck in the full position. Try to rock the jeep using the roof rails and see if it will free the float.
