The aftermarket stuff added really doesn't mean squat in the selling price. From what I can see in the pictures I'd have to assume it wasn't used as a mall cruiser.
So it really depends on it's overall mechanical condition, which as always with a 4WD can be a crapshoot. It has 138K miles on it and you really don't know how and where it was driven.
If you want to take the gamble and don't mind turning your own wrench on it then it's probably not too bad of a deal.
