I don't think I've posted any shots here so I thought I'd post one final round. Yesterday I started returning my WJ to stock form. Besides the tranny blowing at 20k, it's been a good vehicle lol

The wheels are rare ROH ZS in 17x8.5". I had them custom painted/polished.

I never even got to install the HID/LED retrofit I did for it lol

except for when I was testing aim

and here she was yesterday, prepped for surgery

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

No but my dad is taking it for a little while

so a part out and return to stock?
Return to stock, and what a PITA that was. I really hate rust. I had a total of ELEVEN bolts snap and one of the bolts on the steering stabilizer (the one closest to the center of the vehicle) wont come out. The nut came off fine but the bolt shaft is stuck to the bushing. I need to get a torch and heat it up, maybe that'll help.

I remember this Jeep, were u JCDubya on JU? or was it JF? I dont remember lol. I have always loved your jeep and what u did to it, it was always my ideal WJ if I were to ever own one. Its a shame to see it go...
lol yeah I'm on JF and JU. Thanks man, I always try to keep my car mods tasteful and clean--nothing too flashy and over the top but enough to stand out. Don't worry though, I now have a WK to play with and maybe it'll turn out to be your ideal WK

bone stock:

since that photo, I've tinted the front two windows, got a brilliant black grill and liftgate handle, put in yellow 9005 bulbs in the fogs and HIR high beams, painted the headlight bezels black and I'm working on a LED retrofit for the front turn signals.

Are you selling it?

I like what you did with your lights. It looks like you did them correctly. I believe I've seen your Jeep on Jeeps Unlimited. Were your lights a difficult and/or expensive upgrade?

It's a long story but it's staying in the family for a little bit, then maybe getting traded in.

Are you talking about the HID retrofit? Thanks. Most of the "expense" is in the labor, it's a time consuming process. It wasn't too difficult but I love DIY stuff. They're definitely done correctly and will be for sale shortly ;)
