Re: Help!!!!!!!

Anything done as far as CAI or exhaust? I would say finish up the bolt-ons first. You can't take full advantage of your heads and cams (cams or cam? Are these OHC?) if you're starving the engine for air at the air box or exhaust.

Re: Help!!!!!!!

Is cams and yes these are OHC. I'm running a twin air intake that I bought on Ebay and custom headers.
I took it for a test drive last night and both of my oxygen sensors died. Could it be something wrong on Tune?

Re: Help!!!!!!!

I would at least add a shift kit to get rid of some of the slop in the tranny.

Re: Help!!!!!!!

A custom tune as in.. Put on the dyno and tuned correctly ?, My recommendation is get that done. Find out the HP/TQ figures and go from there.

So many vehicals here (NZ) with reprogrammed chips for massive mods, Nothing matches right. Cant beat a proper dyno tune

It depends on how you got the tune done. Some companies you tell them your mods and they tune it to what they think. These usually end up being VERY rich and with little/no timing increase. Other companies will send you a base tune, have you data log and email it back, send you another tune, and repeat until it's good.

If both your oxygen sensors (front and rear O2) are bad, I believe the default is to run VERY VERY rich (this is how it is on my Mustang). That will definitely drop your performance.
